1. Shipping Process
1. Order Processing & Fulfilment: Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our system awaiting product fulfillment.
2. Order Packing: Once all the order items are ready in our store, BeautyKorea will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.
3. Order Shipped: Once your order is dispatched from our store and with the courier, you will receive an email with tracking numbers. Shipping time takes up to 2 - 6 working days depending on the shipment method you choose during checkout.
*Please note that we are closed on Friday and Saturdays and on Public Holidays.
Shipping may also take longer during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather.
2. Shipping Cost
Free shipping over $200 purchase.
Under $200 order, shipping cost may vary like below.
In Alberta, $25 per shipment.
Other provinces, $30 per shipment.
3. Returns and Refunds
In the event that the wrong product is shipped or the product is damaged during the course of shipping.
Please notify us immediately via our number, 587-800-4272 or email, beautykoreayyc@gmail.com.
Kindly also have your receipt on hand at the time of the call or email.
Upon confirmation of an available replacement product, the buyer must then return the damaged product back to us.
Once the damaged product has been received, we will replace the product and have it sent back to the buyer at no additional cost. We welcome exchanges of products all the time.
Products to be exchanged need to be returned in its original, unopened packaging in re-saleable conditions. If shipping is required, the cost of shipping would be the responsibility of the buyer.
For all exchanges, a copy of the receipt needs to be included.
